DO YOU PROVIDE PICK UP SERVICE?
Currently there is no such service.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS?
The required documents are: the product’s receipt/invoice (not required for personal luggage or old items); back and front of the recipient’s ID photo. The photos of the required documents can be sent to us through WeChat or email.
CAN LIQUIDS BE SENT THROUGH THE DELIVERY SERVICE?
No, liquids cannot be mailed with the exception of small bottles of lotions of 100ml to 200ml.
HOW ABOUT ELECTRONIC / BATTERY PRODUCTS?
No, any electronic products such as mobile phones, laptops, watches, are not allowed.
HOW ABOUT GINSENG / AMERICAN GINSENG OR SEA CUCUMBER?
No, these products cannot be mailed.
HOW ABOUT JEWELRY PIECES?
No, precious or fine jewelry pieces cannot be mailed, but fashion jewelry pieces are allowed.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM VALUE ALLOWED FOR EACH BOX?
The total value is limited to 1000 RMB or around $180 Canadian per box, unless the single item you are shipping already exceeds the amount such as Canada Goose coat, name brand handbag.
HOW ABOUT HEALTH PRODUCTS?
Most health products such as vitamins, glucosamine chondrontin, COQ10 are acceptable. Exceptions are prescribed medications. If the item exceeds the value of 50 RMB, it will be subject to customs duty at the rate of 13%.
HOW ABOUT CANADA GOOSE CLOTHING PIECES?
You will have to pay duties which is 20% of the product value.
HOW ABOUT BABY FORMULA MILK POWDER?
You will have to pay duties, the rate is 200 RMB/kg.
